This is a collection "agency" trying to steal social security numbers and personal information. THEY ARE LYING> DO NOT LISTEN TO THE THREATS, they aren't real. The caller is actually a transvestite named Evelyn. Not even kidding, it has been confirmed by dozens of people online. Do not give out any information and refuse your name.
I got threatened today by a manager from CRS @ 469-453-8467.My repo was in February 2008.I found out through a paralegal that in Texas the debt is stale after 4 years.I am so happy because this company threatened to ruin my life with liens,law suits,taking possession of my property,etc.They had no heart for the illness I have had for 5 years,nor that the original loan company wouldn't work with me when I tried to offer some kind of payments.I need their address to file a complaint in Texas;already did so with the FTC.
i got a call today from this number askkng for matilde ive gotten numerous calls from the same company a man and womwn whos names were stated were very rude and i got hung up on i tried calling back and gotten hung up on again and when they finalle answered i was yelled at very rudely and hung up on again i would like to know who these persons were snd i hope they get fired very unprofessional
I have had threatening calls from this number on the order on 5 or 6 times about a collection that is associated with my name but has nothing to do with anyone I know. I called back several times (they said they'd block me) to alert them that further calls would be monitored and reported to the Ohio Attornery Generals office. I don't know if they are for real or not. Until then, THEY ARE CONSIDERED A SCAM. I'll let the state of Ohio take care of it. Do some research on this outfit. Check the Better Business Bureau has several reports concerning their practices. If hear from again, I think a phone harassment lawsuit is in order.
