message referenced a case that had until the end of business today to be cleared up - about an attempt to defraud a financial institution - said it was tied to my driver's license, dob, and ss ending in XXXX. No company was mentioned, just her name and how late she would be in the office.

This company keeps calling me regarding Alison Fullerton I keep telling them to stop calling my number but they refuse to do so. Please have them remove my number from there call list. Tks
800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.
Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.

They call saying they have a complaint against you and give a case number, making it sound like it's a legal matter. This is a collection agency that threatens judgement action if you don't pay, but the collection is way too old for a judgement. That is their threat to try to collect.
