I just got a call from David Jenkins. Saying there is possible litigation against me and I have 48 hours. For one, no one will call you to give you the heads up about something like this. Two, the respected party would send certified mail detailing a suit (suite?) of some kind and lastly, 48 hours? Last I heard that was a show and NOT a time frame to handle a case.
