People, by calling these numbers back, you are telling their computers your number is valid, and they sell lists of valid numbers to, you guessed it, more phone scammers. Just block or ignore; DO NOT CALL BACK.
Called my cell and it rang once then hung up. It's the same as click bait, only it's a ring bait. They ring your phone and hang up to bait you to call it back.
