I like your response! This is about the 5th or 6th number they have used. They have called and had the right name, and go with that "civil department" routine, but can't give you a company name. Once they tell me they are serving papers, I have done the same, except the locked and loaded part. Just said to come on out, I'll be home. Freaks them out, they hang up and back off, and then try again in about 3 months.
Person calling from this number civil procedures, they have been calling from different numbers for a couple of years, On this debt that is not mine, about a check never written by me. They have also called from 323-393-1028, and they have in the past had me call 1-877-588-4726. I have called, I have asked them to serve me, not only do they call me but they call friends and family, any name ever associated with me.

Spoke to Laurie Pinder whom refused to put me through unless I divulged personal information which I refused to do. They Claim to be with GSA Management. She advised me they would continue to harass me until I divluged the requested information. At this point it is becoming a sick game
