They keep calling my home, and went to as much as calling the owner of where I rent.  Asking him all different types of personal questions pertaining to me/my corp., he responded that he didn't know anything, but would relay the message.  When in actuallity they are not even looking for me, but for someone I knew sometime back, and I don't have any information on this person.

this company is for real if it is for a neighbor or friend then they have more than likely have given u as a way of contact at somepoint either with ur permission or with out but ur neighbor or friend gave out ur info just let the people know what they need to and u wont hear from them. people stop trying to cover for others if they put u in the middle by giving out ur info

well call and let them know this inffo and they will probaly let u alone again someone has used u as a way of contact and most the time most time they can wk things out if a court date hasnt been set yet

this is if they r collecting a debt. most the time if u get a call like this is to answer the phone and tlk to them- u may have been used as away of contact by someone u know or a family member and in most cases ur friend or family gave them ur info -so be mad at them not the ones trying to help them out. PEOPLE NEED TO GROW UP AND HANDEL THEIR BUSINESS AND STOP TRYINMG TO GET OUT OF IT -  IF U HAVE A BILL PAY IT OR WORK IT OUT AND SOME CASES DO TURN LEGAL AND U CAN HAVE A JUDGEMENT PUT AGAINST U AND UR PROPERTY IF IT GOES THAT FAR - IF THEY ARE LOOKIN FOR SOMEONE ELSE GIVE THEM THE INFO IF U DONT WANT TO BE BOTHERED CAUSE UR FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER WAS QUICK TO PUT UR NAME DWN WHEN THEY WANTED SOMETHING  - AND AS FAR AS LAW SUITS LOOK UP ANY BIG COMPANY AND U WILL SEE HUNDREDS WITH CASES CAUSE EVERYONE THINKS THE ANSWER TO LIFE IS SUE- I HAVE DELT WITH THIS COMPANY MYSELF AND OTHERS LIKE IT IN PAST - DO THE RIGHT THING AND U HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT
