Who called from 4694990570

Someone calls me every morning and when I answer the phone they say nothing and then disconnect.

I keep getting calls from this number and when I answer the phone the caller says nothing.

I believe this is a collection agency. When I answer it says to call back and gives a case # to use. I do not know who they arw trying to contact but I will not be calling back. Thye are wasting their own time.
