The text I just received claims to be WWW.1LoanSite.COM offering quick cash for bills and expenses; however, apparently the website doesn't exist. I have no clue how they got my phone number. They said I can text "stop" to cancel, but obviously I don't trust them. Hopefully they don't contact me again!

Oh, they're going to text you again. Sending a "stop" message does no good. The text always comes through while I'm asleep. My next move is to post their number on Facebook as Justin Beebers number and see if that stops it, haha
Got this text message: "Need some quick cash for bills and expenses? You can get up to $1,500 tomorrow! It's easy, just visit WWW.Help4YouSite.COM (Text STOP to cancel)"
Instead of texting STOP, which would undoubtedly sign me up for more texts/calls, I just filed a formal complaint with the FCC.
It's quick, easy and free. You can file yours here: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
