The DNC list is for legitimate companies who obey the law. They check the list and do not call the people on it. These people calling you are now crooks. Do you think they are legitimate? Also, are you reporting these calls to the DNC people? I bet not. So how would they know who is calling you? How would they know who is breaking the law. Do you think they monitor your calls...and those of everyone else on their list? Why don't you try becoming enlightened before complaining?
Also political calls, surveys, charities, etc, are exempt from the Do Not Call List. They are not selling a product or service. They are asking for donations.
