A supposedly, "free" home security system. Left a long message on my answering machine. This scam comes in many sizes and versions from different numbers. I'm getting sick and tired of it.
He's at it again this evening. Register your number with the government's Do Not Call List at www.donotcall.gov. You will still get calls, but when you do, file a complaint. They go after these people and the fines are very hefty. As a Realtor I was not allowed to make cold calls. I had to check by each area code the numbers I was calling against the government list. If I have to do, they have to do it. I get a dozen calls a week for these idiots and I report each and every one. Then they shut up for a month and then they get another crew to do their dirty work for them.
