They call, wait, hang up about twice a week. What are they up to?

They call and hang up....it's been going on for quite a while...no voicemail or anything..

This is a marketer. I asked for some health insurance quotes recently. Now they won't stop calling me! They don't leave messages. I tried to call them back to remove my name and all I got was a fax dial tone or busy signal! So annoying....

robocall to my cellphone.......2x in 3 minutes.....they are blocked along with 27 of their other lines.
They won't ring my phone again.
