Call from an agent Ryan. Left a badge number but no agency info. Asked for someone not associated with the number called.
He told me he could not give me any info, and that the number he called (my number) is not in his call logs. I explained I have a missed call from him along with a voice mail and to please confirm and/or correct the issue.
