Call them back, I did. Lady was very nice and said that she would take my name off their list. Told her that I lived in an apartment so I know I didn't express interest in window replacement.
"They are a good reputable company." Really? Would a good reputable company ignore the do not call list, have no caller ID, call multiple times without leaving messages and after 9PM? I don't think so.
They are conservation windows. Reputable or not - Not leaving a voice mail is not a good practice. I called them back and they went about saying: "We make a couple of calls before leaving a voicemail". What was that? I really didn't understand what he meant by that.
