Debt Collectors. Claims to be Mr. Leonard, case manager of attorneys Eltman, Eltman and Cooper. Can't find any evidence that such "attorneys" exist. Claiming to make contact before legal action is taken on a debt. No unaddressed outstanding debts in this household. Smells fishy. Beware.
