This is a call back from them to see if your service is working & if you are still experiencing problems, contact Frontier Communications to get problem fixed. A couple of nights ago, Frontier experienced problems in approximately 27 states all over the US. Duh, this happened last month too back on Feb. 11, 2017...If it didn't cost so much to get out of this contract as would other people, Frontier Communications would lost thousands & thousands of customers. When contracts start to end & Frontier starts losing customers, maybe they will wake up & get their equipment updated/upgraded etc., & too, don't pass the buck onto customers when & if they ever do update/upgrade as customers have had enough of aggravations.
This company has been nothing but problem after problem since they took over on April 1, 2017. I had no service for 3 weeks when they pushed that magic button to take over that day. I was without phone service, Internet service & tv service. I had nothing. Frontier needs to get their act together & get some good equipment that works. I was under Verizon FIOS for many years & never had but maybe 1 problem & that was the battery went out after 6 & a half years that was back up power for my telephone if the electricity went out. Frontier needs to send their corporate big shots to Verizon for educational purposes to learn technics on how to keep things running.
