I received a message from the Law Offices of Michael J. Scott about a debt collection for some random person that I have never heard of. My voicemail message clearly states who I am yet they left a message for some unknown / unrelated person.
I believe this is the bunch that has called me numerous times looking for a similar, but incorrect name.
When I called them back, they grilled me on what my Social Security # was (I didn't give them mine), and whether I lived at 1234 Jellystone Drive.
I informed them that that was the fictitious address of the cartoon character, Yogi Bear. The response was "how do YOU know?" (Gosh, am I that old?)
Who is this person that keeps calling from 469-568-8724 "law offc M Scott." the person? leaves no message. I have no idea why they keep calling this number. If they have a legitimate debt to collect, why not leave a message? Parasites.
