I contacted their firm regarding a bill I had placed with their office. I had a series of medical hardships and the gentleman was very polite and easy to work with. He did more for me than the previous collection agencies. I suggest you call them before passing judgment.
Lovely Michael J Scott, last time he tried his crap with me he got in trouble with my county as they sent me fake summons papers. Don't listen to these people, they will do whatever it takes to get money from you!
These guys called me about a debt that was incurred when my identity was stolen. I provided them with the case number, and even contacted the original company that was defrauded by the identity thief. These guys kept calling me, and I eventually got a sumonds in The mail. I took it to the county sheriff, and filed a case against them. They still haven't stopped calling.
