These ppl have tried to sue me and had me served, in TEXAS no less. This sort of thing just doesn't happen here unless you're going out of your way to deadbeat credit cards. I'm an old disabled single female, not wealthy, had to write to the Judge to get them off my back and now, they've sold the account to ANOTHER firm and here he comes again, calling my fax line relentlessly.... what a pain in the rear. If beets gave blood, I'd give it to him, just to get them to lose my numbers. He had ruined a lot of fax paper that I'd otherwise have just sitting here, waiting for something real to come in. The Judge had laughed and said it was a mistake to have signed it for them.... These debt collectors are sure desperate, and so are we, to survive this economy. I didn't run up debt on purpose, I was in a major car wreck and had no choice. I am sure this card was used for medical bills too which exHusband didn't help me cover. This is a written off debt, bought by another place, just to try to recover ANYTHING. I think it is illegal what they are doing....
