When I called the number back, the recording was from Southwest saying they were just calling to get our opinion of our most recent phone call to them, and sorry they missed us. We had indeed made air reservations over the phone with Southwest recently. So, just wanting a survey I guess.

My husband received a call, on his cell phone, from this number asking to speak to me. I looked up the number on line and was relieved to see your post. I made over-the-phone reservations for him a few days ago.
i just received a call from this # (469-603-3400). i was reluctant to answer but something just said "answer it" and they told me the same, SW Airlines wanting to know if i could answer a few questions regarding my recent call to them, however i didn't take the time to do their survey. glad to see someone calls really are legit....or so it seems anyway.
