I started receiving phone calls for another party, person with previous # must have had lots of debt, not saying I dont :[ but anywho
they are calling me telling me that a "suit:" has been filed or "complaint " this is to try to get you to call in at that point in time they will probably say you have a law suit. they purchased a portfolio with charged off accounts
so they are trying different tactics to recollect money
