If that is true, you should be able to give us the information at the top of the summons, since it is now "public information".
Give us the court name and location, the name of the judge, the plaintiff's attorney's name and Bar number, and the name of the company or person that is suing you, the date you are supposed to appear, and possibly a docket number.

I received a call (unknown-Blocked Number) from some guy stating he had some legal documents, (sealed Letter) for me to sign for and I would need my ID. He said he would be at my residence for me to sign. I asked questions and he was very vague and gave me that (469)607-4333 number to call. I have never done business with a company in Texas. The more questions I asked the more vague he became. Truly this is not above board. In Maryland we have a case look-up website through the courts and I have nothing pending nor anything filed. I would suggest to all of you, find similar websites in your state and then contact the States Attorney just as I have.!!! For the record I have been served court papers before, and no one ever called prior to delivering them to see if I was home or to be available for a certain time frame.!!!
