Who called from 4696088361

Another spoofed city and state number.

Called, no message. Reported elsewhere (12 reports) as bottom feeding scum.

No caller ID + no message= NO ANSWER.  Other sites say is collection call that threatens jail scam. Others VA loans/ phishing.

Afternoon of May 16 2017 my phone rang with call from 4696088361 as the id. My reply decline. If i dont know you not gonna answer. Just another scam caller out to scare someone.

Just received a phone call on my mobile from this number. Says Dallas, TX. I did not answer. They did not leave a message.
