Tamika Shepard, Yesenia Rodriguez, and "miss Hill", continue to call over relatives debt. Not my debt. Asked to quit calling, keep calling anyway. Want to take legal action against them. Anyone have their address. Their number 469-620-4540
She said her name was Tomika Sheppard, voice-mail said "I received urgent paperwork on my desk about an account that was turned over to me, I have your social security number." Debt collector trying to cash in on a debt they bought that's 10 years old or older.
They gather old expired debts that are past the statute of limitations for basically nothing and try to trick you into paying them. Calls from this number came from Tomika Sheppard.
She said her name was Tomika Shepard and I had till 5pm today to respond to this number or they would take action against my social security number. They called me by my maiden name from 7 years ago!
Yep, her name is shepherd something saying that a complaint had been filed and that a call is required....blah blah blah. It felt like a scam/ old debt stuff, but am glad I read all the post about this [***]!
Yep her name was Tomika Shepard. She said she was looking for someone with my daughter's first name but a different last name and birth date. Called and warned my daughter not to give her any information if she happend to get ahold of her. Told her to take my number off her call list.
