I asked this caller to put us on their Do Not Call List, she refused and said she would keep calling

Got a call from this number. As soon as I answered, a female asked "Do you accept credit cards?" When I told her that we did, she abruptly hung up on me without any further info. The number 1-469-635-1196 and LNESTR BANK CAR came up on the caller ID.
