Caller ID said Client Support. When my husband answered, a woman with broken English said that she was calling from Microsoft to tell us that we had a virus on our computer and she would help us get rid of it.

Microsoft will never call you to tell you that you have a virus on your computer. She only wanted access to our computer and kept insisting for my husband to go to the computer and type in a code for her to access our files.
He played along with her and then told her that we didn't have a computer. Lol
