This company keeps calling about a loan that was paid off 3 months ago. I have provided the paid receipts and a copy of the car title as proof that the loan was paid. The non-english speaking collectors cannot even read any notes from previous conversations.
I finally called the Corporate office, provided proof that the debt has been paid and told them that if I received another call from them I would seek legal action. They apologized and said their was a glitch in the system. They were attempting to collect on interest due, from the payoff date until they cleared their records 45 days later.
I received a $50 gift card from them for my troubles.
Although I received great service from them over the life of the loan, I will not be using them again for a future purchase. This 3 month harrassment ordeal, lost them a valued customer.
