Caller id just said Local

Answering machines says" from BlueCross Contractor service". Very strange.

Caller ID came up "Local".  Blocked call #434 (two Panasonics), idiot call #869 since 5/2/13.  Caller ID "1" (100-000-0000) has called 66 times, including 12 in one day, 6 on another.  I also had to block my own scammed number as caller ID indicated that I received a call from IT!

Trying to sell health insurance.  Get several of these a day.
