You are getting email to text messages. The scammers send them out by the millions, & it's possible they originate from Russia. Call your service provider & tell them you do not want to receive any text message that was sent via email. For example. If you were a Sprint customer & your phone number was (202) 555-1212, the scammer would email
[email protected]. As you can see they can send out millions of these a day.
