Who called from 4696669957

I don't answer unrecognized numbers. I did get a voice message and it is the same message from two different numbers last week.
Scam and blocked.

IRS lawsuit scam call. Automated voice leaves message to call back to this number as well. So I called it, not from my phone though. I've called it all day long. They're getting very irritated. Reap what you sew. I'll teach you to call someone who is so bored.

Didnt leave message so I called back because it was 6:45am on Saturday. Answered this is an officer from IRS. Isnt this idd they would call so early on a saturday? I hung up

Great to keep bitching about these calls but what tracks them down and terminates these crap heads?
