This number has called me today three times. once at 12:03pm 12:44pm and 3:00pm .0n 2/28. Caller ID says Lewisville TX . Never a message left when answer machine does its thing.
On the iPhone you find the call in your "recents" call log and there is an "i" in a circle on the right - hit that, scroll down to the bottom and pick "block this caller". Done and done!
