Who called from 4696724981

Some [***] named Paul Anderson from Incompliance (something that sounds like that), left a message for someone I've never heard of. Said they have 2 formal allegations out of Colorado and my number (which is Arizona) was noted as an emergency contact. Sounds like some debt collector trying to use scare tactics to get money before the new year, but the morons have the wrong number.

I got a call from the same guy that said I will have 2 felony fraud charges by noon today if I didn't may a amount! is this number a scam??

You cannot be arrested for a debt. It's a civil matter , not a criminal matter.
Go to ftc.gov and read the FDCPA and learn your rights.

So it's a scam number?
