I thought this was a scam, but it's actually Toyota of Plano (Plano, TX), where I bought my car almost 2 years ago.  I called the number back, and the guy told me that if you search for a car on their website or buy a car from them, you pop up in their call-queue every couple of years to see if they can help you find that new or used car you are pining for.  He was a nice guy, just trying to drum up some car sales.
