There is not enough information to tell you. Did you receive any kind of voice message, or was it a blank/hang up call? If you do not know anyone in the State of Texas (Dallas, or thereabouts) please don't take the call, & do not call it back.
had a call just now 3x, and the're giving me a verification code.. actually i think it's the same one that sent me sms minutes prior to the call with a message of whatsapp ver code.. i didn't mind calling it back. i don't know anybody from plano.. though i know someone from texas..
I just had the same sms and call... I'm from the Netherlands btw... I don't know anyone in Texas and I'm pretty sure this number is used in a scam of somekind... I filled a complaint just now
