I get a daily call from them, which I ignore (Thank you, caller ID). Last night I felt "playful" and I answered "Drunks Against Mad Mothers". The live person became flustered and did tell me he thought he was reaching....and he read my name. I thought maybe I discouraged these scammers but unfortunately they called again today from the phone number 469-708-6020. So my playfulness did no good. I hope somebody will put these "SOB's" out of business and into jail for the constant harassment.
Caller ID shows MADD. Also includes (214) 984-5415 and (972) 905-6709. Even though they are non-profit and exempt from National Do Not Call, I called the national office and asked to be removed. Still getting calls, as many as 4x per day. MADD should do a better job of choosing the telemarketers who solicit donations.

Be sure to list the phone numbers that are calling as well as your intention to sue their organization for harassment (even if you don't intend to). The point is to send them a clear message that this behavior is unacceptable. If you issue this warning to them and they respond, then any further calls can be used against them in a lawsuit.
The following phone numbers are associated with MADD. They are used for harassment.
Caller ID said MADD, just received the 3rd call from these "Mothers" in 3 days. No message left so I'll assume they're illegitimate scammers using the MADD name. Received 3 calls in 2 days from the same three numbers listed by the previous poster last November:
Comes up as Mothers Against Dunk Driving, but I'mnot so sure. These persistent "Mothers" call me 3 times a day now using 3 different numbers:

I have asked several times to be taken off their lists but still these calls keep coming in from these numbers. Sadly, I used to donate regularly to MADD but this is feeling too much like a scam rather than a reputable organization, so I have stopped donating to them and will never give to them again. It just feels like a scam.
