Same guy called me 1/24/2014...I wasn't going to call him back but I appreciate everyone posting so I definitely know not to call him back...sounds like he needs a new tag line!
message left at 6:17am this morning..."it's important we speak" Rod Hill....I've recieved the same call from this phone # from a Ricky Helm. Thanks for the person who posted that this is a recruiter. I work for an investment/financial firm.
The message on my voicemail was, "Hello (my name). My name is Ricky Hearn, and it is important that we speak right away! Please call me at 469-713-3039."
This has to be a RECRUITER. I, too, work in the world of finance, and get these types of annoying calls nearly everyday. Every recruiter plays this game trying to sound like an urgent caller wanting to discuss business. I leave my cell phone number on my landline for clients to contact me -- and this jerk called my cell phone (even though my outgoing message clearly states for CLIENTS ONLY!). NOT ACCEPTABLE! When they call my cell phone, I then record their number and mark it to go directly to voicemail without ringing!
Received the voicemail message- "Rachel with MSI-Need to speak with you.." Saw this was likely a recruiter here but called them just to confirm since most recent note was a year old,. Yep, it's still a recruiter in the Finl industry - called themselves "MSI".
Got same call from Rod Hall. Used my boss' first name like a long lost buddy. I was polite, wrote down the message, then threw it away. These MSI recruiters have been calling here for years but haven't gotten through yet!
