robot left a voicemail saying they are the IRS and I am being sued. So over it. I am especially irritated because two months ago I re-registered for the do not call list, sigh.

It was recorded voice saying the irs is sueing me!  Really!! They don't call you they send letters! They even called from another number too. I believe it's a  Big Scam!!

I just the same exact thing. The IRS has filed a lawsuit against me. Such bs!!!
