I had a message on my voice mail at home from Investigator Devers with the Fraud Division and he stated that he needed to speak to me or my attorney or record by 3pm or he would have to file paper work against me. I called four days later and he said that he received a case from the county I live in and was filing charges but wouldn't give any information on who the account was with, when and where it was created and refused to send any copies of documents with my name on them. When I asked why it was in another city he said the Police Department and County outsource files to him when they're back logged. I called the police department and county office where I live and was told that this is a scam and not to call him or answer any of his calls and that that don't and have never outsourced anything. What's filed in this county is worked in this county.
