Who called from 4697310887

Got a call from 4697310887 says they're tax relief program. I never returned the call because I don't owe anyone anything IT'S A SCAM. I'm also on the governors do not call list !!

6:30am in the morning. Didn't know who it was in Texas calling, didn't answer.

Yep, it's that time of year when the Microsoft scammers turn their attention to being IRS scammers. I guess they will keep doing it as long as people fall for it. Don't count on Trump to do anything about the scammers. I'm sure he has paid his fair share of people to do scamming for him.
