Called - hung up after two rings.  Called back later - Amber from political research - recording - hung up when I didn't say anything.  411 reverse directory said VoIP phone from Dallas.

Called and hung up.  I would like this caller to stop calling me.

OMG!!!

Last night this number called my mother's phone three different times and let it ring about 20 times.  She naturally didn't answer it.

So far in the space of about an hour they have called 5 times.  Really annoying.  We haven't answered.
