Just sent second "Cease and Desist" letter via email to Julia McLaughlin, Fairfax Servicing, LLC, P.O. Box 600901, Dallas, TX 75360-0901, [email protected], Tel: (469) 789 – 7360. The first letter was emailed on 12 June 2015 and halted the collection calls for a few months. I believe that this firm has been originating harassing collection calls seeking a "Carol Longist."

This is the text that I used on 05 April 2016 to preface a copy of the original email message:

"This message was sent to your firm on 12 June 2015. The harassing debt collection calls to “Carol Longist” received by my 87-year-old mother stopped for a few months and now have returned in great numbers from telephone numbers all over the nation. The new case numbers include 1101004. This is my second request  to Cease and Desist from these harassing collection phone calls that fail to comply with applicable federal debt collection practices. A second voicemail for you was also just made."
