Have been receiving a call from "Unavailable Number". Finally took the call. Caller on the other end stated he was a Windows Technician calling to fix my computer problem. I asked him who he was and I needed a phone number to research and call him back with. Gave his name as Alan and identified the number as 469-795-7008. Googled the number and saw your postings. Needless to say I will not be calling him back. Thanks
Advised my computer may be infected, and stated he had my IP address as one of the infected computers. That he will guide me on fixing my computer. Wouldn't say how he got my number. I asked if my computer still shows up as having a virus he stated yes. I then stumped him when I told him I haven't had any internet service in over 2 weeks, so how is that possible? "Red Flag!"
