Who called from 4697958569

I keep getting calls from this number and no vm.  I even blocked it from my phone!

I have also been recieving multiple calls a day from this number all resulting in hang ups when I answer and no voicemail left when I don't answer.

I have also been getting multiple calls a day.  I called them back and they said they were a loan company (no name) and there was something about a loan I applied for a few days ago (I have not applied for a loan).  I asked them to remove my number.  I got another call 2 hours later.

I actuually talked 2 themm about a loan. But when i tried calling back again no one answers
