I loved the text about about One Way Kitty shipping kittens over nite.  What a JOKE!  Anytime you get a call from a number you do not recognize, do NOT answer it.  If the call is legit the caller will leave a message.  And definitely DO NOT answer any calls marked -- unknown number - blocked - restricted - truncated - private - 00000000 - etc.  All scammers who will just keep calling day or nite once they realize they got someone to pick up the phone.  And what is the government doing about this?  NOTHING!!!!  Do not call list is a band-aid fix to world wide problem.  Technology BS proliferates!
