Who called from 4698148529

You know these folks are scammers when they shamelessly spook their caller ID with the random VOIP numbers. Legitimate  businesses will use their names.  Who do they think they are fooling.

I got a call from this number with no one on the other end. When some real person calls with an offer to inspect my roof, etc., I say "I don't do business with criminals". When they say they are not criminals, I say "Well, you are calling someone on the Do Not Call List and that is against the law.  Therefore, you are a criminal."  They usually hang up before I can finish.

Woman says not a sales call, but is inquiring about how last round of storms affected us.

Outbound calls only from this number.  I blocked them after a flood of calls from this number.  All this and I'm on the do not call list.

Caller ID "Out of Area".  Dead give away it's someone up to no good.  Blocked now.
