I think this is a collection agency trying to collect on an old ATT account. I cancelled my cell phone account last fall and asked the representative how much did I owe on the account. He stated that I owed nothing and service would end on the 1st of the month. My phone went dead on the 1st and then several months later I started getting calls from Bill Collectors claiming I owed one more month. They can kiss my butt if they think I will send them $80 for phone service when my phone was no longer active. I was never late and had service with ATT for 4 years before I cancelled. We called ATT and they said their autobilling made an error but they never fixed the problem and never sent me a statement. Instead they turned me over for collection. What a bunch of idiots!! I'm glad I switched to Straight Talk. I buy a $30 card each month and get 1000 calls, 1000 texts and also internet. A lot cheaper than ATT and good reception too.
