This lady was persistant and is harrasing. I called the number back twice and she hung up.

Gwen from M&A.  Said M&A would ring a bell, but would not say what call was in reference to.

"Bob" from Generational Equity. He gave me the number of 469 828 2819 but caller i.d listed it as 214 306 4002.

Generational Equity about giving my business a low cost loan for $ 500,000 dollars.  Told him to not call again.
Very rude.
