This time I played the fish and let the think they hooked a big one...
So I told them yes I did apply for a e-loan. So they told me I was approved for $10,000.00.
But before I could receive the money I would need to go to Walmart customer service where the money gram
Red phone was located at. And at that point I was to call back and ask for mike Loveland (this guy was 100% east Indian and his name was mike ? ) Anyway after about 30 minutes I call back and ask for mike Loveland and after being on hold for about one second the Sam guy picks up the phone telling me he is mike and he was the loan officer and my $10,000.00 was all set and ready to be wired to my account but first I needed to show good faith by paying my first loan payment. In the amount of $325.00. So I told him , no problem how do I do it ?. So he told me to pick up the red money gram phone and tell the money gram representative I was going to be sending $325.00 to a Vernon's wells in lasvagas Nevada so I played like I was talking with the money gram rep.so I did the hole song & dance and told mike the [***] it was all done. He told me after he had received confirmation the money had been picked up he would call me back and get my bank account & routing numbers and at that time he would deposit the $10,000.. After about one hour he calls back and tells me Mrs.wells was unable to pick up the money. So I told him I would call and see what the hold up was. I called him back and told him it would be ready in about 15 minutes and hung up. This went on for several hours and wasted a lot of his time and the time of Vernon's wells in vegas who keep checking to see if her money had arrived yet...
For me it was a lot of fun. But I keep thinking about the poor person who did not know it was a scham and paid the $325.00 and then gave them all thier bank information. And by the end of the day had lost everything to a gang of camel jokey [***] from east India.
So for one day maybe I keep them busy enough to save one person from being robed.

Third time in as many days. I did NOT apply for any loan on-line, and probably never would. Told them to stop calling.... especially since they can't pronounce "Ann Marie"
I have had calls from all over the USA particularly from Illinois. This is the first one from Texas. I am not sure how they got my number but they do know my name. I never applied for any e-loan. They NEVER give up calling. This is harassment. I spoke with someone at Verizon wireless last night and if you have I phone you can block these calls without paying to block them.pull up the phone numbers that have called you, there will be an I to the very right. Click on the I scroll down and select block caller. Worth it to save my sanity! And I did not go on any craigslist dating site. I did purchase gifts on .ine at Christmas time. I guess that's when I got snagged!
Called my videophone and left a message about being approved for a loan and giving me an id to get it when I call back. Interpreter said it was a very thick Indian accent.... normally they don't bother with that too much, merely say has an accent, but she actually made a point of telling me it was a THICK Indian accent. No plans on calling back. Never signed up for a loan, but don't know if Purple has a way to block calls. I just don't answer numbers I don't know.
We never replied to a "Craigslist Dating" post. Being 66 and 62 and long time marrieds, that can't be how they stole the number.
But given that Home Depot, Kohl's, Target and others have had their data bases hacked, and most all of them have your phone number, I am leaning to these scammers having bought the numbers from one of the illegal sites. Just sayin..
Called them back. They are going by the name Cash Advance USA. Went to the website and found tgat this was a scam. So I returned the favor and called them 20 times in the passing 2 hours. The Indian guy started calling me names and saying perverted stuff about me and my mother. So I recorded it.
