Received 3 phone calls in a row from this number at 7 a.m. this morning. I answered the first two times and nobody said anything on the other end either time. The third time I just let the call go to voicemail but they didn't leave a message.

Why hasn't this person been reported to the FCC for making calls using vulgar and obscenity language?

The same thing happen to my cell phone and it is wasting my time and money.
