Who called from 4699011100

They called my cell phone they didnt say one word and hung up. Then I tried to call the number back and it said it wasnt in service.

They called me too, prior to them calling I had a weird 905 number as well, the 496 number did get on my voicemail, it was a woman speaking Russian to someone in the background as she was hanging up.

496-901-1101. Check this number. Apparently it happens to people calling from Turkey which would be expected since I am from there. So at least my side of the case is resolved.
