Who called from 4699195778

Some guy by the name of Michael Taylor left a message on my voicemail at my work (I work for a law firm) saying that I would be served papers on Thursday, June 5 between 1 and 4 p.m.  Of course, he didn't say if that service would be to my house or my work.  I am sure this is some type of scam so I will not call him back.  The caller ID said it was Hewitt Capital

I just got a call from the same person named Michael Taylor and said I would be served papers on June 9 between 1-4pm. He called my work number as well and left a message.

Was curious if you were served?

where you ever served? Because I am getting the same calls.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.
